3. Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Delays due to courier or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
4. Exchange Policy
No returns or refunds are accepted once the product is delivered.
Exchange is allowed only within 5 days of receiving the product.
Exchange is applicable only for defective or damaged items, with video proof recorded at the time of unboxing.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging for exchange eligibility.
Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us for exchange.
5. Payment Terms
We accept various payment methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only via WhatsApp with a prepaid amount of ₹100.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
